We take the time to conduct an extensive in-person (or virtual) evaluation of where you are currently at, what limitations you may have physically, as well as logistically (in terms of equipment, schedule, etc). From there, we completely customize your fitness program to match your goals, experience, limitations, and access to equipment.

Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat pain caused by sensitivity and tightness in the myofascial tissues through gentle, specialized stretching of the connective tissue, or fascia, that surrounds muscles and organs.
Trauma, inflammation and even poor posture can put abnormal pressure on nerves and muscles, causing chronic pain, impeding motion and decreased circulation. The pain usually originates from specific points within your myofascial tissues called “trigger points.”
Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. Myofascial release works the broader network of muscles that might be contributing or causing your pain. It reduces tension throughout your body by releasing the trigger points across a broad section of your muscular system.
Percussive therapy is a massage technique designed to treat soft tissue pain. It is often done by using a massage gun which delivers strong pulses and vibrations into the muscle tissue.
A massage gun (or percussion gun) uses rapid strokes to stimulate blood flow to the muscles, which can help to relieve soreness, improve range of motion, improve flexibility, and help with recovery from injuries.
Percussive therapy is great for use on any muscle in the body as it gets deep into the muscle by enabling the target of specific trigger points with focused pressure.
Flexibility and mobility go hand in hand by complementing each other but they are not the same thing.
Flexibility is defined as “the ability of a muscle to lengthen through a range of motion.”
Mobility is defined as "the ability of a joint to move freely through a full range of motion without pain or discomfort."
Someone who is flexible isn't always mobile but someone who is mobile is always flexible.
Having good mobility requires you to have sufficient range of motion in your joints, joint and muscle stability, muscle strength, proper alignment and muscle symmetry, as well as muscle flexibility.
